Hi DImers,
I had cancelled a flight on 2nd Jan that I had booked through flipkart earlier. Since the last 1 and half months, I have followed up with flipkart cc 4 times during this period and all they provided is an assurance of resolution within 24-48 hrs, despite that the status is still in Cancellation Pending. I’m really fed up with this and want to take stringent action against Flipkart for this. I’m sure I’m not the only one who has faced this issue with cancellation and refund with flipkart.
Please guide me what can be done now?
