[Help] Flipkart Flight refund not processing

Hi DImers,

I had cancelled a flight on 2nd Jan that I had booked through flipkart earlier. Since the last 1 and half months, I have followed up with flipkart cc 4 times during this period and all they provided is an assurance of resolution within 24-48 hrs, despite that the status is still in Cancellation Pending. I’m really fed up with this and want to take stringent action against Flipkart for this. I’m sure I’m not the only one who has faced this issue with cancellation and refund with flipkart.
Please guide me what can be done now?

Don’t believe Flipkart nowadays.. and avoid it further.
Flipkart attitude is changes a lot in recent days.
Chat/mail them instead of calling CC.

1st step to obtain copy of written complain: 1st of all write a mail to flipkart mentioning clearly about issue when did you contacted them over call date and time of possible what response you got over call.
Copy the content over twitter but make sure 1st para describes your issue
Tag flipkart, sheildvoc, gdcaindia
Request shieldvoc to retweet.
No response in 2 days
Go to consumer grevience portal(can be accessed via umang app).
And lodge complaint. They Cannot give generic response over there.
And at last write mail to [email protected]
If nothing works go to consumer court but I don’t have experience for that.

While raising the issue from starting put some amount as compensation.

You are elligible for that. Just put it in one line more that you want compensation also for delay.
They will speed up the process.

I have got refund after 4months for similar case (Amount was 32k). And after that stopped using FK for flight booking. I had to bring Flight Cancellation certificate from Airline office then they processed

finally got my refund today after tweeting them 2 days back.
