(Help)I want to return my laptop which i purchased from Flipkart. But after several calls and return request Ekart team is not coming for pickup. Every time i raise a request, ekart team reject the pickup saying customer wants to keep the product.
Is there any way to return the product and get refund?
If there is any legal mean like consumer forum or anything please let me know? I am really frustrated, it has been almost 2 months
