I finally got a flat 50 cashback with joy50 code on both email and SMS on one account and is valid till 6 Jan but when I tried recharging either dth or prepaid phone no , I get message saying that code is not valid on that very freecharge account?!
Never faced any problems before with rs 5-10 codes, now what is this nonsense from them?
Also in app help/support is not helpful as I can’t choose my specific problem.
Is there a customer care phone no?
Update – got email stating one account per person/household. So the particular account on my mom’s phone that had only one transaction (so far) with just new30 will always have invalid codes.
And maybe the account on my phone is blocked or something since all I’ve ever got is Rs 5 codes.
Time to uninstall it and free spaces on my and mom’s phones.
