Help, freecharge code is not accepted

I finally got a flat 50 cashback with joy50 code on both email and SMS on one account and is valid till 6 Jan but when I tried recharging either dth or prepaid phone no , I get message saying that code is not valid on that very freecharge account?!
Never faced any problems before with rs 5-10 codes, now what is this nonsense from them?
Also in app help/support is not helpful as I can’t choose my specific problem.
Is there a customer care phone no?
Update – got email stating one account per person/household. So the particular account on my mom’s phone that had only one transaction (so far) with just new30 will always have invalid codes.
And maybe the account on my phone is blocked or something since all I’ve ever got is Rs 5 codes.
Time to uninstall it and free spaces on my and mom’s phones.

Most probably some temporary glitch? What’s the expiry date of the code

May be account flagged , due to use of multiple accounts.
FreeCharge is expert in doing this.
They track our payment type (CC/DC) used for payment and flag our account.
If account is flagged we can’t avail cashback codes but merchant transaction cashback is valid.
(I am also victim of FreeCharge multi account flagging)

Received joy40, didn’t apply in my account, when sent a mail to cc, received the following reply.
“We have observed suspicious activity from your account(s). As per the policy, one user is allowed to maintain only one Freecharge account. Please ensure the same and help us in our endeavour to provide you with the best recharge and payments experience in the industry.
You may be disallowed to transact/avail promotional offers in case:
- If you create multiple accounts on Freecharge
- If you use invalid credentials on Freecharge
- If you use payment instruments which are not allowed on Freecharge
Your account has been flagged by our Fraud detection system due to a violation of some fair usage limits.
Your understanding in this matter is highly appreciated.”
I used same credit card in mine and spouse account, may be FC considering this as multiple accounts. But I don’t really give a damn about it.
I didn’t even used Freecharge app for last few months but still not able to use code.

No. Just have one freecharge account on my phone and the other on my mom’s phone with her no.
Unless they’re following this weird rule of amazon india’s one account per household then I don’t know what is the problem..
Does the flagged account again become normal after a period or it is marked for good?
If it is temporary then do nothing otherwise it may be good to delete account for good

I have only one FreeCharge account & also Axis CC linked with it…Freecharge is sending me these same codes too but the codes are showing as not applicable on both web & in the app lol….
I saw same complains on their twitter account.
And the cc sends same copy paste reply to all, including emails 😅
