Help: Got message about axis flipkart card bill payment but haven't received card yet

I have an email of 3rd march stating that card has been approved. After that I contacted Axis care on 15th march that I haven’t received card but no response from them.

I came hometown from Gurgaon before lockdown and today I got a message that my bill i due. Customer care is inactive and I can’t even pay bill as card number is not available.

I gave my office address for delivery of same in Gurgaon.

What should I do as it will impact my cibil score because I won’t even be able to pay even minimum due?

It will be visible in Net banking of Axis if u have.
Axis did the same to me – Even before I rcvd card approval SMS, I could see in NetBanking the card and ‘current oustanding’ = Rs590
Card reached a week later.
Also by default auto debit is enabled in Axis for CC payments – so u can keep 600 balance in a/c.
Anyways from here it will take another month for u to get bill generated and due date – so nothing to worry – card may reach u by then.
CIBIL score report will list all card details – download and check

I am also having the same issue. Physical card is stuck in transit with courier,but 590 charged.

Flipkart app shows “error while retrieving card details”.

Please Update here if you find any way to pay due amount.

I sent repeated email and tweets to axis bank.

Nodal officer haven’t given any resolution till date. But twitter handle replied – “Hi, we regret the inconvenience caused. We wish to inform you that there may be delays in delivery due to the COVID-19 situation. Further, we request you not to make the payments until the card is delivered and no late payment charges or debit interest will be levied for (1/2)” after 5 days of my first tweet.

So you can also try similar. Lets hope for the best.

worst bank in providing support. my story with flipkart axis card is awful. few days back requested to cancel card.
