[Help] How to get reference ID for Amazon gift card?

I have received Rs. 100 gift cards from woohoo.in for NESCAFE contest. But it’s showing validity period expired while adding it. Complaint over woohoo chat and amazon chat they asking reference ID to check. Already mailed woohoo team but no reply yet. Ho to reactivate code? I thought Amazon gift cards has one year validity.

If you received gv over mail means, it should contains all details. Also you can contact amazon customer care by mentioning the GV id, and you can get confirmation screenshot (if expired) and claim a new code from woohoo.

Don’t have GV ID. Only have code and Tracking ID in message. Gift card adding time was 31 December as per woohoo customer care.

Mostly woohoo wont cheat .. so wait for the reply ! Mail them with proper screenshot of received msg, tracking id and code expiry screenshot as well with detailed information to woohoo again.
Amazon is not responsible now as per my opinion.

Validity for adding into amazon.in time expired as per woohoo. It was 31st December 2020. It’s NESCAFE contest gift code. Chat service of woohoo has no idea about it. They have not mentioned that in message.

Then no idea bro.. you should have added immediately after receiving the code, but speaking about it now is no use. And you don’t have any method to reactivate it, except the contest providers, that too they might have lots of TnC’s for the contest.
Check whether the contest is still running or over.. if still running then contact the contest team via mail.

I have not checked terms before. Checked yesterday. They have not mentioned in message use code before 31 Dec 20. Usually Amazon gift card has one year validity. I should have used if I know before. I have created thread for help to know anything can be done now.

Did you tried to contact amazon and asked to re-activate GC? (I think to re-activate, GC number itself enough)

Asked Amazon over Twitter and email. They told contact merchant. Don’t have GV Number. Only have GV Code and Tracking ID. Woohoo no reply over email from 4-5 days. No response on call as usual never connected. Chat team said already forwarded to concern team they will reply over email.

Contact Woohoo also via Twitter, you may get quick response.
