I opened Amazon but found that there is huge difference between prices:

From Tefal 800 to

Wonderchef 2300+ (https://www.amazon.in/Wonderchef-Caesar-Alumini...)

Why such a huge difference? Can anyone suggest good quality non-stick pan? 26 inch. I can spend more for healthy cooking.

The answer is in another question. Why do shoes from Asian cost 400 rs while Asics shoes are 10000 rs? Brand, quality, research, marketing etc etc.

If you are looking for cheapish non-stick frying pan then buy from Nirlon, Pigeon, Prestige etc. You will get much better quality from Hawkins Futura but it’ll cost more.

Although I would suggest you to use steel or iron based pans if possible instead of non-stick because it’s not good for health.

Hi Bro @Roushh

I have also researched that Non-stick releases toxic chemicals at high temps. But at what temp we dont know. Also does our gas stove at high temp reaches that critical temp – that also we dont know.

Also cast iron / steel pans dont have non-stick so dosa/omelet cannot be made on those. I know they can be seasoned using oil before cooking, but that is ineffective and time consuming.

Which pan do you use personally?
