You don’t get better displays on laptops unless you spend a lot (Usual Scenarios : 250nits on 40-50k laptops, 220nits on budget ones)
Based on your requirements and use cases, you need a tablet with a touch screen.. which you can use anywhere and more conveniently (at home or while traveling). Skip Android/iOS if you think u will need 32-bit/64-bit windows Apps (If not some you have some options upto 50k like Galaxy Tab A7, S6 Lite, S6, iPad, iPad Air, S7..)
Option 1 : (If your budget is limited)
Lenovo Ideapad D330 @ 22k

^^ Not a great screen
Option 2 :
Lenovo Ideapad Duet Chromebook
https://www.flipkart.com/lenovo-ideapad-flex-5-...
^ Display on this one.. is one of the best (IPS FHD @ 430* nits) and Battery life is great (8-9 hours with 2-3 tabs of Chrome @ medium brightness). Can Multi-task/window but its limited to two screens
Option 3 :
Microsoft Surface Go @ 35k (currently OOS)
https://www.flipkart.com/microsoft-surface-go-p...
^ Again great screen (400+ nits brightness) + touch & windows 10 (Says “S” mode but can unlock full windows too)
Surface Go 2 is also available but it costs 55k ( You get better 2 in 1 laptops like Flex 5 w/ a pen at that price) like this one (Not a bright enough screen though @ 250nits)
https://www.amazon.in/Lenovo-Convertible-Integr...
You can use these with keyboards (if you prefer it)
Battery Life will be much better than laptops
and Good (convenient) for reading books too..
If you can spend more 70k,80k+ , then consider these (Don’t think high budget is needed though.. but these are better options for long term usage)
// w/ a monitor attached when possible (preferably 34" Ultra-Wide)
MICROSOFT Surface Pro 7 Core i5 10th Gen – (8 GB/128 GB SSD/Windows 10 Home) (12.3 inch, Platinum, 775 g) @ 67k

APPLE MacBook Air M1 – (8 GB/256 GB SSD/Mac OS Big Sur) MGND3HN/A (13.3 inch, Gold, 1.29 kg) @ ~90k

I also read and watch a lot in my desktop pc
I have to buy new monitor
any suggestions are welcome
Save money bro just get computer glasses like i do
I think you can don’t need to buy a laptop with very powerful processor. Buy a decent 15 Inch laptop. Then buy a Monitor between 24 to 27 inch Full HD IPS and attached to your laptop. You mentioned portability is important as you might need to pack and move. You can easily pack monitor in the original it came in. You can also go for ultra wide monitors more horizontal space.
is ips good(good for eye) for reading and watching screen for long in comparison to tn and va panel ?
In how much budget, go for Microsoft surface book (light weight, slim, compact) business laptops if your budget allows.
@Papi-Manushya inspiron-15-5509-laptop/icc-c683504win8 Check at Dell website. CB sites give around 6% cashback. If you pay via UPI/netbanking, you get 1000 rupees instant discount. This is a good laptop for your usage.
And bhai, are you using any sophisticated software??? Which software are you using? If bhai, you don’t use much of the resources, take Apple 2019 edition ipad. It will serve you well. 🙂
I have same confuion regarding laptop for trading. Ryzen 3 processor vs core 5?
Was considering HP 15 (2021) Thin & Light Ryzen 3-3250 Laptop?
Any options or suggestions are welcome.. Thanks
If weight & design(aka office/typical look) is not a consideration then get a gaming laptop for ~50k, best specs. Otherwise get a laptop only with IPS screen as that is a must for anyone going to be looking at laptop screen for more than a hour reading/watching stuff on it.
