I have placed the order in October at my friend’s address but product didn’t get shipped on repeated enquiry from Flipkart I got following reply.
“We’d like to let you know that your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you’ve purchased are usually not intended for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account.”
Every time I asked for refund Reference no as I have paid through Flipkart axis bank credit card I am getting same reply copy pasted.
I have even tried through email, phone and Twitter nothing worked.
Kindly suggest me way to recover my Rs 19131 from Flipkart
you must raise chargeback request at the credit card
