Hello Dimers,please help me with this mobikwik fraud that happened in my account because mobikwik not caring to help me to get my money Back.
On Mar 02 23:39:10 someone has transferred Rs.3000 from my mobikwik wallet to his mobikwik wallet account through the money transfer option in the android app..Somehow he has hacked my details(userId/pass) and made this transaction.Details of the mobile no/email ID to which the amount has been transferred: 9098927889/email:[email protected]
I have made several calls/support tickets/tweets for past 12 days and they are not caring about this and not helping to get my money back.
Have raised complaints on akosha and consumercomplaints.in no reply yet.
Have included my conversations/support tickets with mobikwik below and with their telephone conversations I only lost more money around 200.

This is regarding Transaction Id 1425319750487. I didn’t sent money to [email protected] (9098927889). Somebody has hacked my account and had done the transfer.Kindly credit back my money back and report this action to cybercrime.

I want to assure once again that I didn’t initiate the transfer 1425319750487. Someone has hacked my account details and used them to initiate the transfer. With mobikwik,it doesn’t ask for OTP confirmation while sending money to others.The hacker has used this loophole in mobikwik system and using my userid and password he has initiated the transfer from some other mobile or emulator and has accepted the transfer by himself. I have lost Rs.3000 to someone’s wallet due to this.I have given you the details of the illegal transaction thus made (Transaction Id 1425319750487) and you have still not returned my money reversing the transaction or finding out the fraud happened. I expect a positive reply from you ASAP.

It is not about the misuse of the card and it is about the issue that someone has transferred amount of Rs.3000 from my mobikwik wallet to his mobikwik wallet by misusing my account details.

But for Wallet transfer as well it requires OTP last I checked.I could be wrong tho. Hv nt used it in a long time.

Any lawyers here?Can you help me to file a law suite against mobikwik for their fault to fail to identify the fraud and inability to get my money back even after complaining them regarding the transaction?
All Bank/Credit card companies can help to recover money lost against fraudful transactions and misuse of cards and RBI approved wallets should do the same for the customers who lost their money in such manners.

Dates for the sms are above the msg and not below…
Not just ios even on Android it asks for OTP everytime for money transfer.
HOWEVER TWICE IN THE PAST WHILE REDEEMING CASHBACK COUPON I DID NT RECEIVE ANY OTP YET THE TRANSACTION WENT THROUGH SUCCESSFULLY. This might point to a bug in Mobikwik’s system.
Simply y can’t u lodge compliant,we all know whats MOBIKWIK team is all about MOVE ON….!!!!!!

hi, Mobikwik is a bogus company… its run by some guy who has no interest in running the business… psttt…. You do know these wallet companies are governed by RBI… send them a hand written complaint by registered post… They will further make them investigate. You can claim Mobikwik has a faulty system with poor security.
ask them the message history in their system when the transection was initiated and mobikwik with rs 3000 balance is a sin. NEVER DO THAT.

Mobikwik asks for otp in some accounts and doesn’t ask in some accounts. Even i am wondering how this can happen.

Yesterday someone hacked my mobikwik wallet and fraud with me and make transaction from my Mobikwik ZIP Card of Rs. 14850 (on magicpin)+150 (ON Car Rental) = Rs. 15000. Anyone please help me to recover the same. Meanwhile already raised complaint with merchant as well mobikwik.
