Need Help with Bike Insurance Online

Guys my bike’s Own Damage insurance has lapsed in October and I didn’t notice it due to a lot of headaches this year.
I am trying to pay it online this time because the insurance amount quoted at showroom is too high.
Third Party insurance is paid for 5 years already till 2023. But I am not getting any quotes for own damage insurance anywhere on Amazon or PhonePe. Paytm is not even showing anything. Only comprehensive or third party on most apps.
Help me with this.

Got one from Tata AIG directly.
HDFC Ergo wasn’t accepting Own Damage insurance which is expired for more than a week or two.
I don’t actually need anything. I barely drive my bike for 3000km a year
