Help My Vivo Phone Stuck Into Bootloop

I hope youāre help me in my concern
As my Vivo V9 phone got a new android 9 update package but after that when update installed in my phone itās stuck into in bootloop and continuously restarting.
Thereafter I contacted with vivo customer support but executive guide me some steps for how I quick resolve this issue like pressing buttons and restarting in safe mode but nothing work.
Then I again contact with executive but now he said I need to visit nearest service center and he also said āInternal data of phone will permanently deleteā š .
For reconfirmation I contacted with vivo service center on call they also said same that itās a only way to resolve the issue .
Therefore I want support of dimers who have good knowledge about this type of concern.
Is there any way to repair bootloop or copy data from internal storage before giving to service center.
As my data is more important for me .
Please suggest some solutions and way to recover my data.

Has every trick up his sleeve. 
But I am 99% sure, you wonāt be able to do it.
Either coz of Vivo or your expertise.
In short, it cannot be done.
Forget your data and from next time set a Google backup
Forget about data recovery (No way to do it)
And get your phone fixed via service center
But my data is more important please suggest solution.
From Android 9 onwards Google mandated encryption. That plus no way to unlock the bootloader means unfortunately thereās no way to recover your data. Havenāt heard of EDL exploits for Oppo/Vivo either soā¦
Bhai if you have enabled Google back-up ( I donāt remember the exact name), then you should be able to get contact numbers, photos. And if you have opted for gdrive backups on whatsapp, chats ll be restored. š

I tried to update using official update package downloaded from vivo site and install through SD card but same issue persist š
vivo has permanently locked boot loader u cant recovery data

What happened to your data?
Vivo phone is not based on drive recovery?
Because in mi almost all data saved in drive.
Please @Nigel , @androgame suggest some good Mobile tech experts for resolution & suggestion.
