Monthly limit of 30k(20k for merchants and 10k for P2P ) only for wallet upi
[Help needed] amazon pay wallet upi
I am getting error continuously that transaction limit set by your bank has reached while using amazon pay wallet upi.FULL KYC a/c
I paid around 30k approximately December not reached even 1L. I pay by wallet upi if I want to avoid disclosing my upi id/mobile number in special circumstances like small shops, print shops etx, my recent txns of even 12rs are failing.
Are you able to use amazon wallet upi without errors? @abhishek012 @batmanBABA

I think this limit rules were removed last month
Transactions are failing post 30k , seems they have put restrictions .
What are the transaction limits for using Amazon Pay balance UPI ID?
• Merchant payments on UPI - Scan & pay & online merchants:
Monthly spend limit INR 30,000 for Full KYC and INR 10,000 for Small PPI account customers
• Send Money limits (This feature will be available only to Full KYC users):
A maximum of 10 bank transfers per day.
Monthly transfer limit of INR 30,000.
• Transfer limits:
You can only transfer a maximum of INR 5,000 within 24 hours from your 1st successful transaction, including the 1st transaction through the UPI handle linked to the Amazon Pay balance: Money account.
In case you reach your monthly transfer limit, you will be able to use your remaining balance next month. Per UPI transaction limit is INR 1 lakh
• Collect request limits:

Why cant Amazon stick with one rule ...no wonder Amazon pay failed in India
Just curious, what's the point in hiding your upi id/mobile number when it is already well known on many places/sites. You should have think of this before even started using upi. Using amazonpay wallet upi just hide your mobile no./upi id from small shops but the moment you created any upi id your mobile number is already linked/in record of whichever site/app you used to create that upi id.

Exactly. Don't understand what is wrong with them.
They have even blocked many merchants (or merchants have blocked receiving from Amazon wallet).
Last month it wasn't working for Paytm wallet top up and pockets @ icici UPI id. Since 2 weeks, it is not working for snapay, @ pockets UPI, AU CC upi and even my own bank Axis/HDFC account UPI.
For some cards like AU and SBI, billdesk payments working via scan qr code method, but not via collect upi.
Amazon wallet is getting too unreliable now. I guess Paytm is only good wallet.

Is it 30K + 30K or total 30K?

Snappay working for me via Snappay PayU gateway.
I send request to my Amazon wallet UPI and then successfully accepted. Already used yesterday evening.

Oh, for me, not working since 2 weeks. Tried yesterday as well as today also.
You get request from [email protected] , right? After I accept, it says something went wrong and fails.

Does anyone know if there is a way to transfer wallet amount back to source? Paytm and Mobikwik gives that option. But don't see it anywhere in Amazon.
Edit: Called customer care and they agreed to transfer it back to source. My source was Paytm wallet rupay card😅. Hopefully refund will go through, otherwise it will create one more issue😂.

Transaction history now showing - "pa******[email protected]"
So, i think [email protected]
By the way your transaction amount ? i always pay Rs2000. Didn't tried more than Rs2000 yet.
Knight11 wrote:It is not something technically impossible. Just one correct block somewhere in the payment processing chain will achieve this without affecting other txns at other places. But how is it working at few other places via billdesk qr or even direct axis/ICICI cc UPI?
I tried contacting Amazon support, but they are also not doing anything. Just keep replying every 4-5 days, try again now .

I have paid more than 30k also earlier. But since it wasn't working, I have tried 2000 also yesterday as well as today and even it didn't work.
Actually 2 weeks back, I noticed it wasn't allowing me big amount. Then I started reducing amount and it succeeded when I set it to 5k. After that, even 1999 didn't work. Then I tried lower value transactions totalling around 500 in multiple places - pockets wallet, sbicard app, Amazon cc payment.
After that, even 1rs transaction was not working anywhere (snapay, Amazon cc payment, pockets etc).
2 days later, i did one icici card you payment and it went through. But tried snapay and pockets again, and it still didn't work.
Tired again yesterday as well as today, still pockets and snapay didn't work.
Then I thought about ICICI cc working. So, i tried axis cc UPI and that worked. Again tried some other things and out of that only billdesk qr code payment worked.
Can't really understand this properly. Like initially it appeared like i have reached some UPI monthly limit. But then it appeared like it's merchant based limit. But now since it is working for u, it seems a combination of user specific, merchant and amount limit😅.
Sorry guys for delayed response , was on break for sometime. Its working now at limit refreshed
