I ave to pay SBI CC bill overdue urgently
I don’t have Card and card details
I got account number from customer care and they are not helping on how to proceed with that
Details i have – Account number and IFSC code
can anyone help me in that?

if card saved in CRED, then pay it via CRED
if saved in Amazon, use amazon credit card payment option

From CIBIL report you can get card number. You can use wishfin or Paytm for free score check.

Can u elaborate what exactly happened? You do not know card details but want to pay, very risky thing.
U should at least know last 4 digits.
Is mobile linked to card with u? If registered in sbicards.com try paying from there.
CRED pulls all cards based on mobile number linked to cards
I was given credit card forcefully with my SBI loan
never used that. tried to close that few times, but in laziness couldn’t finish that
after end of 5 years, they gave me another renewal without asking for it.
Haven’t opened the courier, haven’t activated the card
end of the year got message that yearly fee to be paid.
This time went to branch and did written complaint to manager, grievance office
Overdue charges got doubled in a month, as there was no action taken by them.
Raised escalation online and added all available mail ids from branch, card etc.
They reversed my charges after much fight but still some amount of 100rs I have to pay as taxes/late fee not sure.
I don’t have card with me to get the card number or to activate account.
Raised issue to sbicard, they have given the account number but not the card number
@abhishek012 how to pay directly by UPI?
From sbi card app, it allows you to generate a link and send it to anyone, in that link you can enter your upi id and pay

Tried CIBIL report route to get card details?
ya, I learnt that in hard way 
Cibil report will show all card details. Wishfin will show only last 4 digit. Use cibil hdfc or cibil directly or paytm and click all loan and credit card account then click your cibil credit report and that will redirect to cibil website. There you can see full details.

If I have general details of anyone (name, DOB, age) and PAN
I can get credit card details of that person
is that so???
Even CRED is useless in this matter. CRED will fetch ur card but u have to activate the card on Cred by entering the Card Number. So Cred is not an option at all.
Now got SMS saying outstanding amount is 1090rs
If you have an account with sbi, then you can install yono app from play store. You cansee and pay credit card bill in cards section.

Update- sorted with visiting branch and contacted card department manager
I would suggest check entry in CIBIL about same after 2 months or so.
For me similar case happened but SBI never closed it and it was visible in CIBIL as default. Thankfully I had the letter from SBI stating that I don’t owe them anything.
I have to attach that to my home loan to prove I didn’t default and at the same time got CIBIL fixed.
open net banking na there you will be able to see your card and do payment directly crom account as well

usually for SBI cards payment, you can do a direct NEFT on the card number and IFSC enter SBIN00CARDS
but without card number nobody can help you, that is the single point of identification
