Hi i am on Saturday 11 am visited my airtel paymet bank outlet and created a airtel savings bank account. messages received, fingerprint done 2 times, and created by depositing 100 rs.message also received 100 credited.
Now i am trying to create upi, No such bank account error is showing. Contated morning airtel office , they told in their transaction, savings account created successfully is showing. but in my app only wallet is showing. for that reason , i think no savings bank account is created.
I registered a complaint through email, they responded with the step in creating UPI in airtel app, again responded and same replay.
Toll free number is not getting connected to speak with agent
So registered a twitter complaint they also responded same upi creation procedure. I attached the screenshots with querry again then reeived a call and told me they only created wallet and not savings bank account.
I again contacted again Airtel office they replied they cannot open wallet account only they can open savings bank account.
updated this with twitter replay , call received said same only wallet is created .
so please help me to solve this. also share any higher email id to give complaint regarding this .3 days gone no updates still wallet is created.
In login in desktop site, Minimum KYC is showing, as i did my adhaar physical verification on saturday and email also received from adhaar saying used in airtel payment bank
So please help me

1st login on myairtel app after clear app data….. If you see any saving account. Then you have to wait….

Because sometimes it takes upto 3days to setup upi account by airtel.

If there is no saving account linked with your number…. Then contact the person who completed your kyc. It looks like agent opened your account in different mobile number…..

Share what sms you got after kyc….

Yes for opening any payment bank account…. You will get 2 authorised sms/emails. Its normal….

In app it is showing wallet.

Have you tried to clear your myairtel app data…. Then relogin it… If it still showing wallet after relogin.

Check you got ₹100 balance in wallet or not….. Then reply

All done
100 rs is showing in wallet
Every where written o my wallet
Visited Airtel office just now, they show me their mobile screenshot says Airtel payment bank opened successful.
Contacted through Twitter same old answer,it is only a wallet.
Airtel shoroom saying they cannot open wallet account only savings account
Also they are unable to give my account number, told me contact toll free number
No idea what to do
Every email they replying copypaste answer how to create upi
Any one able to help
