Help Needed Regarding Consumer Forum

Friends, I have ordered some gifts from ferns and petals but due to unavailability they have change the gift as per there choice and delivered. Now while complaining first they are saying they have took permision from me . But when asking for proof they are saying we have not received any confirmation from my side so they changed as per there wish.
Now I am thinking to file a complaint against them. So how to file ? Or any other method to teach them a lesson.
As the item they delivered has much lower price than what I ordered and they are not refunding the difference money too.

If paid via credit card initiate a chargeback.

First call them record the all call recording.
Same time send them mail regarding your issue in detail and give them warning that you will file a complaint in consumer forum if you will not solve the problem. After all these records file a complain on telephone at consumer forum cc no. They will send a mail from there side regarding registration of complaint. It was not a formal complaint but to give a idea about your consumer forum communication.
In Most of the cases after first mail from consumer forum most companies solve the problem imediately.
