My brother took his driving test and passed it in his first try on 3rd of November.On 24th November he visited the rto and told them that his licence was shown as pending in printing when checking the application status. (His licence is visible in digilocker). The rto people told him to either email parivahan customer support or visit sarae kale khan rto.He emailed them first and even customer support said to visit sarae kale khan rto. He visited sarae kale khan and they told him that his licence will be delivered within 2 weeks.His friend took his test and passed on 14th of December and recieved his licence yesterday.My brother’s licence still shows as pending in printing on application status check.No one is ready to help , not even the parivahan customer care.What should i do.
