I applied for card on 5th - it was conditional approved and KYC was completed offline on 5th itself. No income proof or any other document was asked. Now my application status is showing - " Credit card application processing on hold. Our representative will contact you for additional information/documents"
No communication from bank side.
can anyone tell what is the issue and what can be done as BBD are near. I need this card
