A
you Left that company this doesn’t matter
you have to go abroad
you will earn more and spend way more , cost of living will be high,

you will miss india, friends and family

sticking with B is best option as promises some reliability of job.

should not switch jobs very often.

it is not the end of the world.

you will get more opportunities in future.  plan accordingly.

If London company’s have good financial record then go for that..

Reasons-
-Exposure to Global Tech, not saying India’s bad in it its one of the best what i am saying here is you would now have experience in working in almost 2 different worlds
-As you mention its Long term secure
-Even after GBP to INR conversion after taxes if u get same money as now its still better

Although who am I to judge and decide have a bit less experience than you and almost half of current package No IT experience

Consider this as Just another random suggestion, Cheers

brain drain means? like brain wash??

Problem of Brain Drain in India.

The
brain drain is the migration of educated persons from one country (often a developing country) to other (often more developed ones). India is a major supplier of skilled and unskilled human capital for the advanced economies.

Then again work culture is gonna be different, As a Indian you would would not lose your current but will pick some good learning from their culture

I have a soft corner for London, If i get a chance i would even become waiter there why as people dont see waiters as we see in India, Thats what i like about Europe and US everyone i think people have high self esteem in work compared to ours.

Their Work life balance is good.

Just spend some good 2 years and come back

B or C
Never go for A, have fallen in trap many times, there is no guarantee, nothing on paper
Personal suggestion is C
You should now stick around the same work place for more than 3-4 years
In C you will have new challenges, new things to learn, have to prove yourself again, which will in turn improve your own skills
