Urgent help needed - transaction failed but money deducted

I have done a credit card bill payment of rs10000 on mobikwik via upi from paytm payments bank on 9th November. The transaction failed but money deducted from bank account. One month has passed but I am not getting any refund. Contacted both bank customer care and mobikwik customer care but no one helped. Shit Mobikwik says that we are working on it even after one month. I raised charge back from bank but charge back was denied saying that service has been provided as per merchant tnc. One month has passed and rs10000 is a big amount for me. Please help me and suggest me what should I do now. Thanks in advance

Don’t trust those bunch of idiots.
Anyway u will get refund if transaction failed but you have to spam them daily in twitter

So many people have faced this issue I’m lucky I got refund within 48hrs I had just told them if u failed to refund my money your have to bare the late fees incurred for late payment

2-3 times failed but refunded in 2-3 days without any follow up.
Search for RBI link where u can complain, and Mobikwik nodal officer email.
May be mobikwik want users to pay CC bill from credit card itself by paying their fees, so fail txn easy way for them.
Or paytm UPI spooked Mobikwik, could be deliberate bug to discourage paytm, use another UPI next time.

Mobikwik nodal officer is no better than mobikwik customer care agent. Always have the same set of reply that we are working on issue rage

Mobikwik is idiotic with their responses. You waited for 1 month. Enough is enough. Lodge an official complaint with RBI and ask for penalty for delayed refund. (I don’t know how, enquire)

Contact Paytm bank and apply for UPI chargeback, you will receive your refund within few days or weeks.

Already raised chargeback but
Reply1 : paytm bank replied that the merchant bank confirmed that required services has been provided as per merchant tnc. If you have not received services please share screenshot again to proceed.
Again shared screenshot then
Reply2 :paytm bank replied that chargeback accepted and refund processed
But I complained again that I have not received refund then they said
Reply3 : Please ignore previous mail and we are again raising chargeback.
Then after few days
Reply4 : Same as reply 1
This all happened for one month and now paytm bank has raised pre arbitration

I think MK need to be avoided. Paytm and Cred uses IMPS and instant credit in case of credit card bill payment. Paytm allows debit card.

now tell me your RRN number and UPI transaction number is same or different ?

Same bro. RRN number raised on mobikwik app and upi reference number both same but I can’t understand why mobikwik is not accepting chargeback

Faced same problem but smaller amount then yours. Spammed them every 3 days and got the money back after 1 and half month.
You’ll definitely get refund but it takes a long time.

if Mobikwik receive your money then Mobikwik auto-refund your failed amount to your UPI ID, if by change that time your bank server was down then 99.99% chance your refund amount was return back to mobikwik’s bank account within 3 working days and mobikwik’s RRN number & your UPI transaction number both should be different.

Edit – anyways complaint to RBI.
