Help Needed - Urban Clap!

Hi Dimers,

I had paid for my haircut service on Urban clap via Gpay few hours back. Gpay shows my txn amounting to 198 was successful and transferred to merchant account but i am not able to find any such txn on Urban clap app.

Is there any way to contact them instantly since i guess they don’t have any transaction of this service in my account. I had 100rs in my wallet and still it’s showing me 100rs which is unused and it is also expiring on 15th nov.

Shall i go ahead and again avail this service because i don’t want to lose my 100rs off in my account.

Any urgent help on this will be appreciated.

If you have any dimer friend of yours who can help me out in this please do tag them.

If your order is not reflecting and also, if you have not received any email or sms confirmation, then it means that order hasn’t been placed. It’s better to rebook your service.

If you want to reply them. Then you can click on the same link. There is a feedback option, click on that and mention the reference number while submitting that form.
