For Axis: For International transactions, toggle it off first, then wait for a couple mins, then toggle it back on; Then do the same for the online transaction within the international transaction section, ie. off then on. Now go ahead and try in on any reputable international platforms.
Are you on cellular or broadband?
Try switching to the other connection.

Sometimes some ips are blacklisted by epos websites without any reason.
That's why.
That's why I suggested to try on other network.
In my case , my isp provides me bad ip sometimes (from ip pool). And have to call them to get it swapped.
On those blacklisted ips, Upstox did not work, many bank websites did not work(idfc), every google search, website visit had to go through recaptcha.

That's why it's happening.
You need indian Ip for transaction using indian credit cards. (many time it happens)
You should have mentioned it before.
Set your home network as VPN server and give client access to that other person ,
Or if you can't do that.
Simply give your pc via anydesk to him , to carry out the transactions. (Considering the fact, the person trusts you)

In addition to this, many websites do not allow internationally issued cards and approve only country specific card transactions such as US Bank issued card on US website. That's why it's happening.

I faced 1 such website once.
Icici debit card worked.
Never tried international transactions yet but should go through. Which app or platform it is ?? Maybe they themselves are not allowing the card.
