Not able to do international transactions on International websites even if the International transactions are ON with Paytm Visa Debit Card and Flipkart axis credit card ....any help?

For Axis: For International transactions, toggle it off first, then wait for a couple mins, then toggle it back on; Then do the same for the online transaction within the international transaction section, ie. off then on. Now go ahead and try in on any reputable international platforms.

Never tried international transactions yet but should go through. Which app or platform it is ?? Maybe they themselves are not allowing the card.
