Help on Symbol (Amazon) brand warranty

I have recently ordered Symbol Canvas sneakers from Amazon . The product have warranty of 90 days , in this period of 90 days of material (canvas ) torn out or colour of shoes faded away then Cloudtail private Ltd will come for pickup ? or I need to send courier these shoes ? . help me on this of anyone have any incident earlier!!
