Help! paytm cashback not recieved.

Guys, I’ve ordered things with stealdeals40 promo, the cashback is supposed to come within 24 hr of shipping.
The order is supposedly out for delivery but still i haven’t received any cashback. What should i do?
1.wait for the cashback and receive the order when it comes
2. Reject the order if i dont receive my cashback before order comes to my door.
Please help, amount is very big to be ignored..

Discuss with customer care, they will surely help you
go to order detail of paytm.com (not Paytmmall.com) and click on cashback option (if item shipped but cashback not received).
when i click on paytm.com – order detail it takes me to paytmmall.com and cashback is not there
email or tweet to the CC they will do it within 24-48 hours
No need to cancel the order. Happened with me once. didn’t get cb even after delivery. contacted them thru help section and they added cb.
Mine also not received my be thr is problem in paytm now so….

Go to notification and select that perticular product shipping detail and click on " CASHBACK".

I think its some system bug..
I received for yesterday’s order.
But didn’t receive for order which I did 2 days ago
@devilanuj17323 Check in order history , cashback showing or not promo code was applied was not , if cashback/ promo code applied not showing in order history then cancel the order/ reject delivery

Just call paytm and they are immediately credited cash back on call.

Simple process to get the cashback – go to order history – the place where u can see track or invoice option – there would be a cashback option nearby. click on that and it will be credited immediately..
PS, for me it didn’t worked on the app but through the website..

Sumit bro yes you are right.immediatly after creating this thread,I went into Paytm app and started looking for a solution.
Go to My order, select the order which has the problem, select issue with cash back,there will be a link of my order again , click on it ,again go to same order and then click on cashback,and viola you’ll get your Cb.
Although this is self do-able,but it is very wrong.customer should not have to do things like this to get Cb ,many customers will forget about their cashback trusting Paytm that it will automatically add the Cb like it is excepted and with no Cb , they’ll be paying steep prices for orders .this is wrong.
For products that are non-returnable, the cashback gets credited 7 days after the delivery of the product
