( help ) PAYTM Fastag Blacklisted

When I’m going near toll plaza they are saying fastag is showing blacklisted even though I have money in the paytm wallet ( Rs1200 ) . I have tried everything but no response . They also tried manual scanner but did not recognize. Paytm customer care saying replace tag .
Any dimer faced same issue ??
