Hi guys
I got HDFC auto loan approval. And I got a message to update the mandate deduction method. I have uploaded online only kotak bank account. But hdfc guys telling it will not work and the first emi will directly bounce.
Now the link in the mandate update message showing the link already used.
Please help me how to generate the mandate update message again hdfc guy saying we have to begin the loan process again from the beginning. Is there any other process please help me guys

if you have given a check to that HDFC guy, tell him to use it.
it's just their gimmick to make you open HDFC Bank account if you not currently holding one.

Ask him why Kotak will not work.
Loan process again coz mandate link not working? Surely, there is something amiss here.

They have to send the documents to the physical branch, the branch people will verify our signatures and validate the mandate deduction it seems.. he's telling like that

When kotak guys check & verify the mandate, they will check details on the form, primarily account number & signature. Why would they reject?? And why would loan process be done again?
Also note that it's 29th March. Target ending period, esp this is the last quarter of the FY. Might give you some perspective as to why is he behaving so with you.
