Also, what is your use case. Did you want SMS for promotional purpose, or sending information, or OTP. These factors also affects cost and route you should choose.

Yes but that for user buying 50 crore plus, minimum one need to pay Rs. 6500 for less than 50 thousand.

I will suggest you to go with MSG91, Textlocal. They are good in term of service, SMS delivery time but they charge little more, pricing starts with Rs. 0.25 per SMS and also you may find some crazy provider providing at fairly cheap rate Rs. 0.03 per SMS you should avoid such. I think the best you can get is close to Rs. 0.12 per SMS .
