Gst credit is not available for certain products. One plus nord also don’t provide gst credit so chances are higher you won’t get gst credit on 8t

Is it ok if we pay with someone else credit card (to avail Bank offers) ,or Transaction should be made from Firm account only

Card should be under same name of firm/proprietor as per some people experience. Also there are other conditions:

I have made purchases through Amazon Business a year ago and yet to get input credit. And sellers were Cloudatail and Appario Business. Customer care does not have any answers or they suggest any method to contact sellers directly.

If you are thinking of big input credit with the purchase, then forget it bro, Flipkart is bit better in this case. Input credit was credited.

As others have said, it is a bit difficult with Amazon as we have to create a new Business account.

Better go with Reliance Digital; just bought Oneplus 9 yesterday. At the billing stage, add GST option is available and viola, you get GST invoice.

Also, OP9 was cheaper for me in Reliance than Amazon.

One of my friends had mentioned that claiming ITC on GST is not for end consumers.
It is usually for businesses which either (re)sale the product, or can prove that it is solely for their business purposes (no personal calls on phone, etc.)

Have been claiming GST for past 3 years and no one has checked my phone yet :p

Have purchased Phones/TVs/Laptops/Ac and even coffee/tea powder but as yet, no issue for me.
