Help regarding closing of axis credit card

hello dimers
i want to close my axis myzone credit card, please help me as what points should be noted before closing and after closing the card as some one said ask for noc
i have another card with axis which is flipkart axis and also i have savings account with them.

If its lifetime free then dont close. Its not easy to get axis LTF nowadays. Also if not LTF then request customer care for that
Place close request but they do not respond so easily
U have to scold them else they keep saying ‘our team tried to call u but not reachable’ and do not close the card
Clear all dues and block the card first and then place closure request
Axis is the worst bank now – am facing lot of issues – all good days over
NOC is only required if you have some dispute regarding this card entry in your cibil report(e.g.card given to you under false promises or some incorrect pending payment entry showing in cibil report) & want to modify this card’s entry in cibil itself. For normal closure just get written confirmation from them that card is closed in an email with last statement showing zero dues/latest statement showing zero outstanding.
If it is life time free why you are closing it if it is not just call customer care and ask them to convert it to lifetime free they will do talk with senior only
