Help regarding gift voucher

I recently bought 500 rupee Flipkart voucher from gyftr, the amount was credited to my Flipkart account but few days later I found that the amount is not showing, so I complaint to Flipkart and today I received a call and they said that I need to contact gyftr regarding the issue
can someone suggest if they faced the same issue ,, is thz really fault of gyftr??
