Help regarding hdfc bank ltf cc

Hey guys
Please help me regarding hdfc ltf card.
I have a salary account with hdfc and getting a pre-approved hdfc diners black privilege but I want to apply millennia card.
Which I was getting 4-5 months ago as ltf without any condition.
Now when I am trying to apply for millennia from hdfc website it is showing fees reversal on spend basis.
Hdfc bank employee reached out to me and saying you will be getting a ltf card only as in the system you are eligible for ltf card.
But when I am applying it is showing spend based reverse. Bank employee is saying to ignore this message and apply.
So my question is I will be getting a ltf card or he is lying with me for his own benefit.
Any help is appreciated.

Same happened with me, i asked him to mail that its life time free and he mailed me. But i had to apply through him so i didn't get the 1500 amazon voucher for applying by yourself.
Ask him to mail and if he does, go ahead
