Help regarding Jiomart

Not able to do payment on jiomart via pay with rewards option.  Transaction denied due to blacklisted parameters error is coming at payment page option in twid pay.  Neither card nor wallet like paytm mobikwik etc same error.

Please help I have 39 twid wallet balance expiring soon

Only option is to seek support from twid pay. They only can tell what is problem in account and remove black list.

Already complaint.  They said we r working on it. No response after that. Mailed many times.

Issue is I have 39 wallet balance which is expiring on 25mar. Have to use that else there will be a loss.

They will compensate if that expires. If they don't remove black list then only you going to loose that credit. Wait and give them time to solve your problem.

😞 .. may be issue from jiomart end -  can connect to their cc..  if twidpay is not responding

Failed payment ss is on twidpay gateway page, so problem seems to be with twidpay. Their support is slow but most of the time, any refund or similar 8ssue gets resolved in 7 days.

ok @BeUnique than u should wait..  still we have sometime for expiring date...  did u get any response from them ?

We have received the confirmation from our technical team that this error is originating because of authentication failure from your bank end. kindly reach out to your bank for the same.


Received this email. Wow. I m using wallet as payment option which have enough wallet balance to complete the transaction but same issue. Tried paytm mobikwik both same issue. No bank needed.  What a dumb reply

Try credit card for payment. Usually it goes through. Check and tell weather cc working.
