Help regarding- Money debited but cash is not received from SBI ATM using SBI yono

i try withdraw 1500 from sbi ATM but money is not received but money debited from my bank account and same is informed to sbi branch but they told it will in 24 hours but still is not received.how to raise complaint on this issue to SBI YONO ?

When the ATM is re-calibrated in a week or so (max), your money will automatically return to your account.
Don’t worry.
Inform the Branch manager( if the ATM is located at branch location ) and take the receiving copy and when they recalibrate the ATM in the next 1 or 2 days you will get your money
Hope you used your own card and not of some one else. SBI has in the past denied refund in cases where the CCTV show that someone other than the card holder had used the card. They claim it as “unauthorised use”.
Bro it was Yono Cash based withdrawal not card based.
Chill.. yesterday was 4th Saturday = Bank holiday. Today is Sunday = Bank holiday. Wait till Tuesday. Answer ko motta aur bada kiya. Ye dekho.. yeh hai answer , idhar
On that note, I’ll give you some thing to ponder over – this Feb 2022 is really interesting. It got 4 Sundays, 4 Mondays, 4 Tuesdays, 4 Wednesdays, 4 Thursdays, 4 Fridays and 4 Saturdays. This phenomenon comes once every year, except leap year. Edited for rectifying error. Credits @panchabhut
Every February (except leap year) is of 28 days i.e. exact 4 weeks. So this so called “phenomenon” happens every year except leap year. Happened in 2021 and again will happen in 2023. Do not believe in everything that comes through the whatsapp university.
