Help Regarding Sun Direct A-la-carte channel activation and deactivation

Hello dear friends, I am recently subscribed to Sun Direct MyFTA pack, as I do not watch most of the pay TV channels. I wish to add some pay TV channels on A-la-carte basis. I have sent messages to the number. But the messages are not being sent. Can anyone help me regarding this matter? Have anyone faced similar issues?
