currently holding diners premium and want to upgrade for black.Limit is 2lacs 62 Thousand.Pls help me any experienced person.

I have recently done the same. No need to for such an exorbitant amount. If your ITR > 21, just ask your RM for LTF upgrade. In my case my previous limit was upwards of 7 lacs.

put some 30 -40 lakhs in your savings account and call your personal/relationship manager they will get you this card easily .
