Help required to update address in Axis bank

Hi, I’m trying to update my address in Axis bank records via IB/mobile app. Once i click on update address, it shows the address in a text box, as soon as i click on that text box it moves to next page to fill landmark and pincode without updating the address text box in my previous page.
Please help me on how to update the address.

I am also in the same boat as of you. Tried multiple times for address update via insta services but every time it fails. The address in text box is non editable.
Now last option is to visit branch and do the paperwork for which I am too lazy.
U have to fill form and attach copy of address proof then submit in branch
they won’t allow address change online, I think no bank does it though there is option to change online; I tried with HDFC and Axis finally walked into branch
I have updated my Address online for HDFC recently
Go to Address update option, click on Contact -> Update Communication/Permanent Address -> Click on Current Address text —> Fill your full updated address in “Landmark” field and fill Pin then click on Update button. Next option will show you upload Voter ID or Driving License. These two option is only available for for document upload. Your address MUST be exactly same as per uploaded document, even a single spelling error will reject your update request.
Bro “Landmark” field has character limit. A full address doesn’t fit in that.
@IamRage @BBal @tenon09 problem is quite old in Axisbank. I had been trying to do this for 2 years and it didn’t work from Axis mobile or their online web. CS or local branch nobody can help and all asks to visit branch. Until I got a neat trick from my RM
I updated both of my address from my Aadhar by doing ReKyc from the app. Can be done from online web too.
ReKyc let’s you update both the addresses.
if your addresses are diff then that will be a problem though.
Can you please guide us how to do the Rekyc via axis app/website?
I have updated my address online in dbs, icici, hdfc, sbi via online with aadhaar card. Only axis is pathetic and given me hard time with online updating. First it doesn’t allow aadhaar as proof online. Only votor and driving license is accepted. Somehow i got the option of aadhaar upload once last month and I got the address updated but idiots have only updated the address in my savings account and not credit card although both are linked.
Now the aadhaar option is removed and customer care is not updating the same address online in cc. Asking me to visit branch now.
