I've been using Samsung Messages (official app) Chat feature regularly...
It's same as Google RCS feature...
When i chat with someone it's show Typeing..., Read receipt (blue tick like WhatsApp)
But now it's not working...
Plz help if someone know about that...or if u have samsung mobile it's working in ur device?

It's surprising that you got it working in first place.
For me it never worked. I tried with Samsung F23, F22, Note 10 Lite and even S23. With Jio and also Airtel.
It simply does not work in native Samsung Message app But it works if I use Google Messages app.
I prefer to use Smasung Messages app for it's slightly better features.
Can you tell me which phone and SIM you used when it worked for you?

Mine is 14.1.21.12 and it is shown as up to date.
I also use Jio Sim in my S23.
Are you using both SIM cards or only 1.

Setting> connection> more connections settings > advance calling & messaging
