Please help select smartphone from below options:
Samsung, HTC, LG, Motorola, Google, Sony, Nokia
Restriction limiting options to above brands due to work related apps from the company where I am employed (mainly email)
To give a sense of my preference, I would have liked redmi, poco or oneplus. But those don’t support work apps. Looking for decent value for money and good power if not the best.
No specific budget but looking for value for money. Because phones have hardly evolved in the last 2 yrs due to covid. So don’t find it worth spending in latest flagship
Specific preferences:
Large screen size of ~6 inch
Budget – Value for money is criteria and around 30k should be fine. Can stretch budget or go down basis options

If have to make choice from above brands Moto will be the one I will suggest.
Also if you can shed a bit more light on what kind of these app are and why they don’t work on mi,op and other phones.

My company doesn’t allow other brands. So choice limited to mentioned brands.

LG and HTC are dead.
Sony is overpriced.
Google isn’t value for money.
Nokia is meh at this moment.
So, you can either go with a Samsung(A Series) or Motorola(G Series)
Htc,Sony are not launching any phones.
lg is dead so you might not get good support.
Nokia not launching any good phones. Only budget phones are available that too not vfm.

Motorola and Samsung-They are good for you. What is your budget? Based on that I will try to give recommendations. If your budget is above 20k Samsung is good else Motorola.

Budget 25 to 30 k=Galaxy A52. Above that A72, S20FE 5G.

If budget permits go with Google pixel devices, else go with mid range Samsung.
