help with swiggy instamart order

Fellow dimers yesterday i placed an order on swiggy instamart for dabur honey but upon delivery got honey of saffola instead of dabur, also honey is not good too after this i complained them in multiple ways through app help section, twitter support and also email but every time they are replying “can’t validate my claim” now after this what are my options.

Is there any way to escalate this issue, although money isn’t the only thing that matters but right and wrong is.

In your order section.. There is an option called “help” where you can chat your issue by selecting the nature of the product or issue in it by sharing the snapshots of that delivered product. They will surely give refund.

If you have already tried this means, what kind of reply they’re giving for this issue?

For people who are exploiting this feature, swiggy is wantedly blocking the accounts by not eligible for return/refund or promo code applicability etc.

I have used that option and they are saying can’t validate my claim in other words they are saying i am making a false claim

I don’t mean you have exploited.. The system may flag your account even of you return two item sequentially in subsequent orders.

They aren’t directly saying i am making false claim but “can’t validate my claim” says otherwise

You should always report issues as soon as you get the order , max 2 hours. Otherwise you won’t get any sort of help from them.

they wont do anything much they delivered me expired fortune oil packets i reported the same immediately upon delivery since order value was 900 they now are saying same thing they cant validate my claim and refusing to return exchange or refund.

swiggy has become pathetic now.they deny genuine claims for no reasons.consumer forum wont help either as they never reply to them or reply just copy paste lines.
