Get trained in 3D CAD related software training (Pro/E,Catia, Solidworks, Creo, etc) – Official jobs and good growth
Go for tool design/plastic mold design training , Tool room training etc – Good growth
Rest of the mechanical jobs are outside roaming or inside factory jobs.

First things first, there is hardly one can make out of his profile. Request him to add in any relevant details that might increase chances of either getting contacted by an employer to to be evaluated by an employer.

Linkedin profile should be like resume where each and every interest, experiences which are relevent for job, should be mentioned. For freshers it could be projects or internships they can add, otherwise it is not easy to enter as fresher in industry unless you have contacts.
