Highly not recommended

Horrible experience shopping with Flipkart. I ordered an iphone SE 3 days ago which was supposed to be delivered on 19th June 2020. In the morning I received the text from it’s logistic partner that product delivery has been delayed. I spoke to customer care which is likely to be useless, these nincompoops don’t even provide any solution regarding anything. Having the same script used that please wait. I do not understand why do I need to compromise why can’t Flipkart compromise on it terms & conditions. Every time I called them they put me on hold for 30 mins and never provided me the solutions on my query. When you ask them to cancel the product they will refuse to do the same. There has to be strict rules and regulatory against this shit hole. Highly not recommended.
