Horrible experience. Had ordered an iPhone 11 and they kept delaying the delivery citing seller issues despite several follow ups from my side and false assurances from their end. Finally one fine day they cancelled and refunded. By this time the phone nor the HDFc credit card offer was available elsewhere. Absolutely pathetic website. Will avoid these.cheats to the extent possible

Unfortunate but we cannot avoid these FK/AMZ as long as there is quite big difference in online and offline price.

Always buy from Amazon. Bansal ki company ka culture cheating wali hi hogi, whether they still own it or have sold it off, because the people still working there were hired by them, no?

Todays Times of India had an article where sellers were complaining that Flipkart had not delivered their phones yet to their customers, whereas they had sold 4 times the number of phones on Amazon who had already delivered all of them safely.

Never trust Flipkart. We can chant “Make in India” like good patriots and try to give our business to Flipkart, but the fact is that the “Made in USA” Amazon is always more reliable. And now even Flipkart is not Indian owned, so why the indecision? When in doubt, pick Amazon. Bezos did not become the richest man in the world by fooling people. Amazon quality of service is top notch.
