Don’t know what’s your case exactly

I watch women’s world cup live regularly, I watched IPL 2021 without any hassle using this mobile 499 plan
Only problem is at a time only one user can log in, other one (s) will be automatically logged out

I even reinstalled the app but still live tv is showing error. I have purchased the 499 plan from flipkart by using 299 super coins. Maybe that’s why its not working

Did you share the code with any of your friends and family? Are they logged in to your acc?

Shared with no one and apart from live tv everything is working

Yes live tv is not there after logging out from account. It was there earlier on Disney 499

Tried and finally its working but on Turning on the wifi it’s showing the same error again

It detects mobile network, and plays based on that. Sorry can’t help more …. I am assuming you are playing on TV.

i have  mobile 499 subscription. I am able to see IPL on mobile phone only and not on my TV. Any thoughts on this?

just fyi Mobile subscription includes movie , live sports etc… But still no luck …. please help

or any tolll fee customer care they have?
