There should not be permanent suspension of account but suspension for 6 months /a year or so
If the dimer is genuine he will get back to his account after even a year also.
As so many dimers create new accounts when you permanently block their dd account so that makes it no better.

Make the “loot” word paid, anyone who uses that word shall have to pay some fee from his dimes
Every other deal is a loot nowadays

And the algorithm that sees which deal is hot and not is really really screwed.
There are waste deals that get promoted to hot deals section.
This is the utmost need of an hour to fix this.

Admin removes comments if you say anything bad about zingoy.

I spend most of my time on dd in dost and dimes section. I have noticed moderation team is quite active and does a very good job of cleaning content. I’m impressed by their response times.

Moderation in Forum is AVERAGE.

It will be Harsh on TRUE , UNBIASED some mightbe unknown Admins / Moderators, if i say Poor Moderation , who might be working truly hard to upkeep the forum.

But one thing is clear from my view that there is Favourism in the Forum

If a thread is created and usual offenders litter political comments as usual then the post is shifted rather than warning or taking action on them, and if at all strict actions were taken they would have not continued doing it .

Some dimers are taking opportunity of your FREEHAND GIVEN to them for there RIGHT TO FREEDOM OF SPEECH and they just with there group start littering with there malicious comments and show there intellectualship .

I only know 2-3 names of admins , as i feel not necessary in knowing many , as no personal work, if any issue alert admin option is there in the forum.

MJ911 is quick responder but frankly speaking i feel him to be sailing in the favourism boat .(maybe i am wrong , but I said what i feel )

Also i dont understand how deals get hotness as have seen useless and worthless deals .
Its like you scratch my back i scratch yours and comes hotness 🔥.

Got to go for now , but i would really appreciate if the Favourism Factor is eradicated and stringent action on intellectual offenders is taken ( need not name them again as many times already complained about them with no action seen , and sooner or later they all will be here)

You respond like a human being not like bots as other admins do.

Spent 2 months and few days here, few suggestions/feedbacks for the admin team,

1) Newbie’s karma: should be increased from 0 to 2/3 also please show their feedbacks too, they often write feedbacks along with karma, I also did, but as I saw, it shows void

2) dimes percentage: saw since last 60 days as I posted deals regularly, would be nice if you increase that percentage, maintain that percentage on a daily basis and also create a dimes log like karma log, then one can track what he/she earned that particular day and can do better than that in future, where he/she is lacking and all, if he/she has the hunger to do it, there’s always room for improvement

3) 10 sec rule, merge of similar threads, deleting threads if OP requests, removing content if it doesn’t fit this community, no complaint against these rules and regulations but admin team members can be more quick to respond to dimers queries

4) single user game where one can play using gold dimes and earn dimes (you can take a cue from flipkart games- cricket, live quiz) that’ll more engaging and rewarding for us too.

5) Message box/DM/inbox hangs more often than not, can be smooth

6) very happy with the poll option, created more than 30 polls myself but do work on that (adding poll expiry date does create a problem or two so some improvement would be nice)

7) web version works fine while posting deals but using app to post long deals like freebies and contest is a headache, pls see if it can be sorted.

I know it’s not easy being an admin, too many work to do at a time and it’s easy to sit back and criticize as I’m doing right now but I hope you’ll take it as constructive feedback.

@MJ911 @anthrax.ut @bumblefoot @Priyanka You guys can create a support/contribute tab like youtube for us, if we’re benefitted from the deals that dimers post on regular basis, we can contribute 1-10 dimes/gold dimes as per our choice from our dimes tally, like karma, maybe you can put more strict standards there to stop misuse of the same and keep a watch over it too. We’re often benefitted from the deals, contests and freebies our dimers post, so it’ll be kind of giving back something to them from our end if you bring this measure, hope you’ll consider my proposal
