How can I get Amex card in non serviceable area?

I meet all the required criteria for obtaining the amex card except that my address is not in their serviceable area? Any way to obtain the card?

Won’t they require address proof or check the address physically?

I also want to know.
I have amex card (from other country). For me they will give pre approved card in India (basically same account get transfered to India)..but as I am in non serviceable area I am yet to contact Amex guys

Get it delivered at your friends or relative address which is in serviceable area
