How can I resale products that I received as a freebie or free sample?

Fortunately, there were several samples offered on my account. To date, nearly 30 samples have been ordered.
I purchased all of the samples because they only cost Rs.1. I gave some of them to my sisters but am now considering selling them. Is there a better way to go about it?
I've tried Olx and Facebook Marketplace without success in the past. So, do you have any suggestions?
