Do we get things in good packaging? Like I'll not get busted atta pack or biscuit powder instead of biscuits?
If things go wrong, do they accept unboxing video and refund or replace ?

Discount is not an issue, need good delivery and packaging.
I've had a decent experience with them, the few times I've ordered.
