How long can airtel recharges be queued?

I was on airtel 1498 plan with 100 days left. In lieu of impending tarrif hike, i queued another 1498 plan. Now my validity is 465 days. I wanted to know how many plans can one queue. Can someone recharge for the next 10 year or so?

My 49 plan is already activated on Airtel and expiry is on 28 June, I want to recharge 49 plan again today. Will it be queued?

I think 1-2 yrs is a really long call. This telecom industry is such a fast competitive area that we cannot predict what is gonna be the next change. Maybe just like they removed 3G towers from everywhere to force customers to upgrade to 4G, they will remove 4G as well and make us use 5G or something else. So queuing that long is not a good idea as then you will be stuck. Sticking to your question here, I think as long as is your sim validity, (mine is 2024 I think), you should be able to que “same” plans.
