How many Amazon Prime vouchers can you add?

I have added Timesprime and Paytm vouchers in my account (existing Prime member). while trying to add Timespoint/PhonePe/Swiggy voucher codes it is showing the error "We are sorry. For this Offer you have exceeded the number of promo codes you can add to this account."
What would be the issue?

Yes. Same error showing in my account. Added just Paytm voucher but showing this error while adding other vouchers.
