Btw i have one primary sbi account for all official purposes, and then there are others for chillar kamai paytm,kotak(non kyc) dbs(closed now) idea(closed)

now with core banking and AQB requirements, people have the least number of accounts

the finance minister has ordered a merger of your thread with this one as there is no stability among the threads and seems volatile.

3 accounts where merger will happen. So already delinked demat/trading, mutual fund and dbt in them in last few weeks and will close them since ppf is still pending to be transfered in 2 a/cs. Apart from them have 2 dozen accounts in family, all in small finance banks or other not being merged or being merged into so no worries about them. after merger there will be big headache for people to change passbook, cheque book, debit card, a/c no and ifsc code in various places linked, in getting dbt or dividends etc. so act before situation strikes you.

It’s doesn’t matter how many bank acc u have instead its how much MONEY u have in those acc..
