Total Hours you're glued to digital screen?

Am way too addicted and trying to reduce screen time. Phone - min 10 hours/Laptop around 6-7 hrs/ Tab 1 hour

Office work - 3-4 hours Smartphone - 3,4 hours and TV - zero

Note: In smart phone I also spend few minutes to block the account who ask unnecessary questions on wrong platform and irritate people.

Better to put a poll with the hours

From the moment I wake up the screen is always in front of me.

While cooking, while eating, while going for a poo, work, while waiting for someone, while relaxing on bed, every single time.

Around 14 hours on laptop + 3 to 4 hours on mobile/tablet 🫠
